Products, Specifications and Pricing

Product descriptions, grades, sizes, colours, images, specifications and stock availability shown on this website, including river sand, mineral earths, slaked lime binders and graded aggregates, are for reference only. Natural materials vary in colour, texture, grading and moisture content between batches and loads. All images are representative only, and the material delivered may differ in appearance. Prices, rates, stock and delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice and do not form part of an offer or contract until an order is confirmed by Wolf Brother in writing or by phone. E & OE.

Quantity, Weight and Measurement

All quantities are measured by weighbridge ticket, and the weighbridge slip issued at dispatch is the final reference for billing. Weights are in the metric system (kg / tonne), and any imperial or volumetric equivalents (such as cubic feet or brass) are shown for reference only. Minor variations due to moisture and loading are normal and are not grounds for rejection.

Orders, Payment and Dispatch

  • An order is confirmed only after Wolf Brother accepts it and, where applicable, receives the agreed advance or full payment.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Dispatch may be delayed by weather, road conditions, traffic restrictions, vehicle availability, supply shortages or other circumstances beyond our control, and Wolf Brother is not liable for such delays.

  • Delivery is available within our stated service radius from the Kolar Road yard. Charges depend on distance and load size.

  • The customer must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure safe, clear vehicle access to the unloading point. Extra charges may apply for waiting time, failed delivery or re-delivery.

  • Unloading, storage and protection of material after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Inspection, Returns and Claims

Customers should inspect the material at the time of delivery or yard pickup. Any complaint about quantity or quality must be reported to us the same day, with photographs and the weighbridge slip. Once material is unloaded, mixed with other material or used, no claim will be entertained. Bulk materials are non-returnable and non-refundable except where the material delivered is proven to differ materially from the confirmed order.

Use of Materials and Technical Advice

Materials are supplied for general construction and masonry use. Wolf Brother does not provide engineering, structural or design advice. The customer or their engineer, contractor or mason is solely responsible for choosing the right material, grade and quantity, and for how it is used. Wolf Brother is not liable for structural performance, workmanship or project outcomes.

Safety

Lime and mineral products can irritate skin, eyes and lungs. Customers must use appropriate protective equipment and handle and store materials safely. Wolf Brother is not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from improper handling, storage or use after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Brother is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, project delay or labour costs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the specific material in question.

All content on this website, including the logo, text, images and layout, belongs to Wolf Brother and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy and Customer Information
